Privacy Policy
Introduction
Digital World Enterprises Inc. ("Digital World Enterprises," "we," "us" or "our") is a U.S. software and technology company that designs, builds and operates proprietary software products, mobile and web applications, and cloud platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit our websites, use our applications, create an account, or otherwise use our products and services (together, the "Services").
This policy applies to the Services that link to it. Some of our products may have additional notices that supplement this policy; where there is a conflict for a specific product, the notice provided with that product governs. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
We collect the categories of information described below. The specific information collected depends on which Services you use and how you interact with them.
- Account information. Information you provide when you register and manage an account, such as your name, username, email address, telephone number, business or postal address, and account preferences.
- Verification information. For services that require it, we and our verification partners may collect information used to confirm your identity and to help prevent fraud and unauthorized access, in line with applicable law.
- Device and technical information. Information about the device and software you use, such as device identifiers, hardware and operating-system details, browser type, language settings, and IP address, used to operate and secure the Services and detect fraud.
- Usage information. Information about how you interact with the Services, including pages and screens viewed, features used, session activity, product events, and the dates and times of your activity.
- Transaction and billing information. Where you purchase a paid product or subscription, records relating to your orders and billing details processed through our payment processors. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our own systems.
- Communications and support information. Information you provide when you contact us, respond to surveys, or participate in customer support, including the contents of your messages.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate, maintain and improve the Services, and to meet our legal and compliance obligations. In particular, we use information to:
- Create and administer your account and provide the products, platforms and features you request.
- Process orders, subscriptions and payments for paid products and services.
- Verify identity where required, and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
- Comply with applicable laws, including tax-reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and respond to lawful requests.
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
- Personalize content, measure and analyze usage, and develop and improve our products.
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, security notices and — where permitted — marketing, which you can opt out of.
- Protect the rights, safety and property of our users, our partners and Digital World Enterprises.
Legal bases & purposes
Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following bases to process personal information: performance of a contract with you (for example, to provide your account and process orders); compliance with our legal obligations (for example, tax reporting and recordkeeping); our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Services and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights and interests; and your consent, where we ask for it (for example, for certain marketing communications or optional cookies). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers. Vendors that perform services on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, communications and security — under contracts that require them to protect the information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Identity and payment processors. Specialized partners that help verify identity where required and process payments. These partners handle information in accordance with their own obligations and applicable law.
- Legal, safety and compliance. Regulators, law-enforcement authorities, courts and other third parties where we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is reasonably necessary to comply with our obligations, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or protect the rights, safety and property of our users, partners or company.
- Corporate transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Cookies & tracking
We and our partners use cookies, software development kits, pixels and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, secure your account, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. Some technologies are strictly necessary for the Services to function; others are optional. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or device settings and, where provided, through any cookie or privacy controls we make available. Disabling certain technologies may affect how the Services work.
Data security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, network protections, monitoring and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, to operate your account, and to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We also retain certain information for longer periods where required to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update or delete your information; to request a copy or portability of certain information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to opt out of certain uses such as marketing. You can update much of your account information directly within the Services, and you can opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. To exercise applicable rights, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Eligibility & age
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or enter into an agreement with us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
International users & U.S. processing
Digital World Enterprises is based in the United States, and our Services are operated from and our information is processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
How to contact us

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, applications and cloud platforms operated by Digital World Enterprises (together, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or otherwise indicating your acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional terms and policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms that apply to a Service you use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be a legal adult — at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the Services. We may decline, suspend or limit access where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where use of the Services would be unlawful.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when you register, for keeping that information up to date, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of, or any other breach of security relating to, your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or prohibited activity, or where required by law. Each person may maintain only one account unless we expressly permit otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Services if you are not eligible; provide false information or attempt to circumvent identity verification; access the Services from a location where they are prohibited; engage in fraud or other prohibited conduct; create or use unauthorized accounts; interfere with, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; use bots, scrapers or other automated means except as expressly permitted; reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where the law permits; or infringe the rights of others or post unlawful, harmful or objectionable content. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, for any violation.
Intellectual property
The Services and all related content — including software, source and object code, text, graphics, designs, user interfaces, logos and trademarks — are owned by Digital World Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Services as permitted for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Services except as expressly permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, platforms, app stores and content that we do not control, including identity-verification, payment and analytics providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and the inclusion of any link or integration does not imply our endorsement.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or any servers are free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Digital World Enterprises, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us, if any, for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Digital World Enterprises, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State in which the Company is organized, in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, you and Digital World Enterprises agree that disputes will be resolved as set out in this section, and that the state and federal courts of that State will have jurisdiction, except where a different dispute-resolution or arbitration procedure is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes are effective when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.

In addition to this Privacy Policy and these Terms, individual products, subscriptions or enterprise agreements may be governed by their own product-specific or order terms.
